SBR Poster Scams Me Out of $7000, SBR Does Nothing?
Imade various posts about the Sports Trading Exchange back in December. I learned about the Sports Trading Exchangefrom SBR Poster offshoregenius77 who started a thread about The Sports TradingExchange titled "New Betting Exchange" in the "Sportsbooks &The Industry" forum.<o></o>
    <o></o>
Iwas obviously skeptical of this exchange and was only going to make a smalldeposit but I had many communications with offshoregenius77 (OG77) who said he had a friend that had been playing there for over a year withno problems and OG77 said he had made a very large deposit and was keeping alarge balance himself so I decided to make a large deposit. OG77 said he hadbeen paid quickly 3 times already in the last 2 months and I saw he was alongtime poster here so I thought it would be safe. So I made deposits totaling $7000. I did very well at the Sports Trading Exchangeand increased my balance to $32,621. ButI have not been paid anything.<o></o>

I have learned that this was a scam from thestart and the Sports Trading Exchange was never a valid operating sportsbook. It is also obvious that OG77 was in on thescam and was not simply recommending a poor sportsbook. I know this because OG77 would not provide asimple transaction report from either the sports trading exchange website orthe payment processor website (i.e. lib res) to prove his claims that he hadbeen paid three times already were true. I asked OG77 for the name of his friend that had been playing there fora long time but he did not provide this information either.<o></o>

It was bad enough that OG77 and the SportsTrading Exchange scammed people out of their money. But then they tried to steal player'sidentities and asked for personal information and copies of our driverslicenses. I hope nobody sent them thisinformation in hopes that they might get paid.<o></o>

I sent all my communications with OG77 to SBRin January and said that I expect that SBR would take some action against OG77 for using theSBR website to scam members of the SBR forum. But it appears nothing has been done. OG77 still seems to have an SBR posting account and I have not gottenany additional replies from SBR. Irealize SBR management must be very busy with many important activities but Iwould think it would be a priority to remove posters that outright scam otherpeople out of their money.<o></o>

SBRhas helped me many times over the years and I really appreciate the help anddon't want SBR to be mad at me for bringing this up. But I think SBR should take some actionhere. I don't know if it is possible forSBR to provide information about OG77, but if he resides in the USA it may bepossible to take legal action against him if SBR could provide someinformation.<o></o>
