I Give Jeremy Lin A Lot OF Credit
Guy has played like 20 games in his NBA life in the hardest place and most pressure packed place in the world

Opponents are guarding him like he is Michael Jordan double teaming him and as soon as he crosses half court, they do not even pressure Wade like this

Most guys would crumble with all this pressure

He has had some bumps but this kid is holding up and will be a solid NBA point guard

He got off to a hot start. The true test will be seeing how he handles adversity. Quite a different animal entirely to play well when you're expected to.

doesn't need credit. went to Harvard makes over 100k a month.

50k a month spent on sushi... leaves at least 10k a month after bills/taxes/etc to do what he wants

I think he forces too many passes

Anthony not hitting shots is an issue

Jeffreys needs to be healthy also

Will be interesting to see if Knicks go with him next year

That's an overstatement.. And they don't pressure Wade like that because there is a guy named Lebron on the team. They pressure Lin and he either turns it over or passes to Melo... either way it's a fast break for the other team...

lets call a spade a spade here, lin is good maybe pretty good or solid but not great. his game IQ is high, as anyone from harvard or an ivy league would be compared to the majority of players in the NBA. other than that his skills are avg or ab avg on a good day and he can be sloppy as hell with the ball at times. his body type is not an ideal or typical body type for the NBA as he is undoubtedly considered soft and the target of traps and doubles bc players and coaches believe they can muscle the ball away from him often. with all those facts being said, he works well as a secondary or role player behind a star type like melo or stat etc. he just doesn't have the purebred pedigree to be a superstar in the league as a player himself but can certainly be a good, smart player and eventually a great head coach or gm like doc rivers etc.

exactly. lin is a turnover machine. the guy lost all credibility as soon as jordans name was brought into this.

He's popular because he's Asian and went to Harvard. You don't see John Lucas III insanity? Why? Because he's black.

he's probably easier to identify with for asian americans since he was born in america and his first language is english.

it helps that he's only six foot two. nearly every player from china has been 7 foot or higher and can barely speak english.
