No way I want a poster as a neighbor. Guy would be over everyday wanting to hang out. Get ice cream cones or some sh!t like that. Probably steal your newspaper because he's barrelled in. Not mention your lawnmower and whatever else isnt tied down outside. And you know if the heat ever came down, he's gonna throw your ass under the bus first chance he gets.
