all sites have problems from time to time. 5Dimes had an internal issue and everyone had to create a new password. Heritage having some equipment issues... in the long run they went above and beyond to make it right.
Think of all the people not even affected by the downtime that got freeplays...when they have an issue, they make it right immediately

Same here. Tried to deposit most of the afternoon and evening. Online cashier was not, and is still not working. Couldnt get thru on chat or phone to just recently. The rep pretty much just blew me off like it was no big deal that I missed wagering on a few games. I am amazed every interaction with heritage at how far c/s has fallen from the pre-betjm days. There was a time where issues like today were the exception, and not the rule - seems to be happening far more often these days.
My issue isnt with the mix-ups or problems, its how they are handled. It wasnt addressed until I CALLED THEM. They knew about, but didnt take any initiative to call - seriously thinking of going back to 5D or another shop vs. messing with them AGAIN.Comment
