This first two rounds actually has been like this the last 3-4 years with favorites covering 70-80% of their games. Vegas is still giving the under dogs too much respect. Alot of it had to do with what Davidson did a few years ago with Stephen Curry.

Wrong. Vandy, Marquette, Murray State, K-State, Louisville all huge public plays.

When you set a line of -6 for Marquette vs. BYU then drop it to -5, you get what you deserve.
Not sure what's going on, but it happened all football season and it's been pretty much the same during basketball. Just lazy lines.

Not sure where you are seeing that but Murray St, Vandy, Marquette, Syracuse and Kansas St. were all top bets on scoresandodds.com today. The few dogs the public were on (Montana and LB st.) didn't cover though.

Plus WVU was a slight public dog. Not even sure who covered or not as just picked winners.
I parlayed every single fave ml. Too easy. No surprises in any of these games.
I guess VCU but that's just a coin flip between two losers. Did not even bother looking at that game

Brock IS the public. Ask brock on a given day how he did, and you will know how the public did.

The books are too busy twirling their mustaches and buying more burlap bags with $'s printed on them to care about a tiny amount of variance.

lol.....someone gets it. Thank you Lakerboy.
this notion that books are getting killed because an 80% "square" play wins is hilarious....

Which big money dogs have hit today?
I see VCU. That's it.
Is that what you're saying though -- that the books are fine because sharps haven't cashed any big dog winners?

I went 1-2 in the tourney today.
Could have been worse. For some reason European soccer has been carrying me and I know the least about that sport. Maybe that's why. LOL.

Also, books never get buried. The common Joe Blow will lose it all back in due time. They'll probably get cocky thinking they can make money, up their bets, lose, chase, and then go broke.

no one has a clue how books do.
"public" wins they get crushed. "sharps" win they get crushed. According to guys on forums, books never make a dime because they always get buried by the sharps or the public.
I will tel you this there might be a lot of broke gamblers tomorrow but I doubt any broke casinos, other than the offshore ones that were broke when today started.
