When does this all come out? I want to know what times the games are and the spreads

Last year they were released around 9 or 10 pm on Sunday night...BUT we do know the First Four for Tuesday and Wednesday:

Tuesday, March 13:
Miss. Valley St. vs. Western Ky. - 6:30 TRU
BYU vs. Iona - 9:00 TRU

Wednesday, March 14:
Lamar vs. Vermont - 6:30 TRU
Cal vs So. Fla - 9:00 TRU
