    Dealing with Tony of 5D to open a closed account
    Hi,

    I spoke with Tony for the first time last week after my account was suspended, and it was worse than I was prepared for. After a 30+ minute baseless interrogation, it ended with an ultimatum: “settle my account within 24 hours or I go SBR”. To his credit, he settled and closed my account an hour later, and in keeping my word, I will keep the chat private. I received all of my money in balance and in pending wagers, with no issues.

    SBR does a great service, Ive been in betting for less than a year, and it really is a huge help, and a means of collaborating. Having read through past posts and reviews, I realize communication issues with Tony are hardly news worthy. But I really like 5D as a sportsbook, their staff aside from Tony has been courteous and helpful, payouts have been prompt, and wagers handled correctly.

    Is there any way I can rejoin 5Dimes, and perhaps speak to a cool-headed administrator here or at 5D? I have no intention of speaking with Tony again, and I don’t think any reasonable conversation with him could ensue. However I would like to continue wagering at the sportsbook, and would be glad to speak with any cool-headed representative or intermediary.
