Going PRO?

I was always planning on going Pro before the NCAAs this year as I always deposit at least $200 to bet with on the tourney but now I see you can't do this as a US player? Is this new? Is there any ways to get around this?
All the other ways to go pro are either useless to me or aren't worth it. What a waste of time accruing these points has been if all I can get is a hat I would never wear or a t-shirt not in my size. Is anyone else annoyed by this?

nope rules were changed few days ago.. so yes its new but no ways around it.. there will be and/or is plenty of other options to become pro though

shoot... bad timing I guess. I hope like you kind of said there will be other ways added to go pro because the ones now are lousy (for americans).
