there is no such thing as a SAFE NCAAF teaser. NCAAF games are much more volotile than NFL and the games generally have much higher totals, yet the bookmakers only give you the same amount of points as they give you in the NFL. Thus, NCAAF teasers for the most part are a losing proposition, anyone with any clue will tell you that.

There are some exceptions, if you have two teams expected to play a defensive battle with a very low total, perhaps a teaser can be played in NCAAF but other than that its a BIG BIG loser.

Same hold true for teasers in Canadian Football, why would you play a teaser getting the same amount of points as you do in the NFL, makes no sense at all. Bookmakers give you more points when playing ARENA football teasers, and should do the same for CFL and NCAAF, until they do, the best rule is to stay away.

Auburn +8.5
Georgia Tech -1.5

I personally won't be betting it, but it's far better than anything suggested else in this thread.

I think it's better to tease "Temple" then Penn St. With 35 being a key number I would probably do a 7 or 7.5 depending on the other team(s) I went with...

Or I understand that crossing the 3 and 7 in college football is not profitable like it is in NFL except under extreme circumstances, which means low totals. Florida and Alabama are not low totals and thus have -EV as part of a teaser.
