Are pms working properly?

I've messaged sam9ball a couple times this week and haven't received a reply. I checked the 'sent messages' folder and nothing is there -- I don't know if you have to click something to save sent messages.

I am writing him as I ordered 2 v.isa gift cards on Feb 7 and haven't received them yet. So I would like to know the usual timeline.

Regarding PMs:

Please click your user settings.

Check the option (Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default). Currently, you have "Don't save" checked.

You will then notice that PMs you send are displayed in your 'Sent Items' box.

Regarding the gift card:

Your Feb 7th order was processed normally according to our records. Sam is currently unavailable but will be back soon. Please PM me if you have further questions.
