after Franklin made the layup to go up 2...and the white guy from Boise went into the lane out of control and just threw the ball up wildly........officials blew the whistle and sent him to the line..that is one of my biggest pet peeves when officials award a player 2 shots when hes out of control and just throwing the ball up...
than Tapley throws the ball across the court and almost out of bounds...take a damn time out.
