Thanks, pal. You like both teams, so it couldn't have been all that bad of a night for you. Neither team played very well. San Jose looks really tentative offensively. Seems everyone wants someone else to shoot the puck. Pavelski seems like he has zero confidence in himself right now. Lehtonen basically won that game by himself.

yeah wasn't terrible with la/anaheim/phoenix all losing and i had a pretty big bet on orlando magic that won

but that goal with a minute left that went in by a millimeter was pretty painful. instead of the sharks 1 pt down for the division they're 4.

and back-back shootouts without a goal, mclellan needs to put the big boys in there

No we didn't. This 4 year old has definitely decreased our attendance to mid-week Stars games. A few years ago we averaged going to like 18-20 games a year. This year we'll be lucky to make 6. We're going to go to Saturday nights game vs Anaheim.

Even though its still early.....its awesome to see the Stars relevant at this time of year. the best thing is its one of those rare times when you can just tell your team is on the rise. Most of the Stars best players are really young guys who haven't even neared their prime. With as great as Kari is playing right now.....who really knows??

I'd agree with the tentative statement. It's happened before and it will happen again. PP looks like shit right now because of it. However, I don't think Dallas gets back in the game if the ref does his job and calls tripping on Garbutt during Benn's goal.
