#8Bobcat operators are making $80 an hour here in Central Texas. If you've got about $10,000 to buy you a good machine, you'll be plenty busy.
One of my bro-in-law's has several degrees from Fordham and Rice, pretty well-known archaeologist. He's working for $15 an hour on light contructions jobs for another bro-in-law's contract bidness.Comment -

#11I always loved the guy that hands you a towel and provides you with cologne and a comb at the restroom of the strip club. This should be a nice entry level job.Comment -

#19If you are in a major east coast city paralegal is a good gig. Most top tier firms only hire bachelor degree paralegals (as opposed to associate degree paralegals). I have friends in NYC making 80k/yr after 2yrs.Comment -

#22Sales JR
Easy 50K without any effort and another 25k more with decent sales and your home early and work alone, show up at a sales meting once a week and bull shit them that you have many leads and are close to closing in on deals, even if you do not make one sale you can make 50k for the year before getting fired. It is easy to BS them for a year and you can stay home everyday. So your move if you want a quick 50k for doing nothing or actually want to make like 75k and doing some work and keeping your job.Comment -
