yeah for sure, if you call the routine degradation of women on this board and by guys like JJGold a "joke" where guys make fun of women in sports, in business, as sex objects to be lusted after, as whores, as mindless, etc...

It's as if all the women in your life embody this narrow conceptualization, yet everybody just keeps posting the same thing over and over knowing full well it is all wrong. What's sad is guys come in and agree with him as if somehow he is saying something accurate. It's get real old because it is very inaccurate.

The reality is, based on sociological research, women rarely if ever "sleep" their way to the top (you might think it is prevalent if you watch a lot of television though) and when they do, it usually fails to move them up. On top of that, women have to work harder and harder to move up in the workforce and work for far less money than do men doing the same exact work. Yet, guys on here feel it is okay to make fun of such things. Rather than despair over the current state of the American workforce, most guys prefer to believe myths rather than facts and will steadfastly defend these inaccurate beliefs no matter what.
