Has anyone seen the new wave of alluminum tall boy beer bottles that hit the market this summer.I don't drink Bud products but they have some really nice bottles in this variety.Miller Chill with lime has some nice one's too.The damn bottle is worth 3 times more than the beer inside it.The damn things would have been coveted as canteens for kids when I was growing up.What a waste to throw them away.I'lll bet the environmentalist global warm crowd is not too happy with them.

Environmentalists shouldn't mind them, Brent. Aren't they recyclable? They sure beat the old aluminum cans...

I like them... They don't do a great job of keeping the beer cold, however..

They sure would. We used to fill up old soda water bottles with Kool-Aid, cork 'em and take them to the park in the old sandlot days.

OK, no matter how slick the can is, it is still a can. Bottles are made out of glass or plastic, don't fck up the terms.

I think it's kinda' like how we call every soft drink a 'coke' down here in the south, RW.
