BTW. I am not going to go off like Deuce and say I played for this, that or whoever. I am going to say that I played AAA competitive hockey up into my late teens. jj cole, you know i like you, but stick to american sports. you proved now that hockey isn't your sport. JJ, you have it backwards.. when facing a breakaway, you MUST come out to cut the angle.. if you stay in the crease, you leave too much room for the player to shoot at.. by the goalie coming out of, it doesn't give the player much to shoot at.. goalie must come out to cut angle..by staying in the crease, player has the whole net to shoot at.

Nicky goalies should change that strategy because it does not work, it is like prevent D in football which always fails.

Nicky it is so easy to go around a goalie when he comes out of the net, offensive players has huge advantage.

Nicky all you do stay in middle and react quick, usually offensive players goes wide because he is very anxious. Nicky you would not get 3 goals on me in 10 with my strategy.

yes jgm, up until 2 yrs ago, i was at the gym 6 days a week. then i started gambling alot, and i havent gone since. i have alwys been weak on arms, weak on back, weak shoulders.. but i was gifted with chest power. i was tough on that bench.. i was benching 355 lbs, 2 times, no joke.. ive always had natural strength on bench.. when i was 17, i benched 1st time, and i benched 135 lbs.. 2 weeks later, i was benching 200 lbs.. 1 month later, 300 lbs. it might be genetics.. my dad was a powerhouse at the gym.. i cant curl, or do anything else, but put me on a bench, and i am tough.., but that was 2 yrs ago. today, i bet i cant even bench 180 lbs.. 2 yr layoff has probably killed me.

2 yrs ago, i was in great shape. TODAY, i am a fat fukk.. and all on acct of gambling..
