    Uefa Cup Soccer, 9/18
Small stakes, 54-1 two-teamer, Stan James prices.

Wisla Krakow 10-1 To beat Tottenham Hotspur
Standard Liege 4-1 To beat Everton

Durito often talks about advantage betting and whilst I still don't know exactly what he means I'm assuming it's based around finding false prices and exploiting them and to that end I'll be having a small stakes combo bet of two singles and a double on the above two games.

I can't promise they'll win but I do know Tottenham and Everton are mid table mediocity at best and Tottenham in particular seem to be in turmoil. They sold their two best weapons (Keane & Berbatov) in the summer and haven't really replaced them by trying to be too cute in the transfer window, and are currently bottom of the Premier League. Evertons opponents are 4th in the Belgian table having started the season with 3 wins and a draw and have scored NINE goals in the process. I rate this as a fantastic bet for small stakes because their really is no downside.

Wisla Krakow are currently second in Polands top division, having played 14 games and winning 9. They to represent solid value against an anemic Tottenham outfit.

I'll be betting both teams to win for 20 bucks each and a 20 buck parlay for a potental payoff of $1420 & a profit of $1360.

Given their current Belgian League form, I'll be honest, Standard Liege at 4-1 against the current Everton side is incredibly generous.

They've still got to win though.

My thinking on the tottenham is pretty straight forward. They're bottom of the EPL for good reason, they're average at best, although that will change. Hopefully it won't change tonight. Krakow are second in the Polish league and have won 9-14. Capping different leagues is difficult, the Polish league would be the equivelent of The Championship in England. If a team from the Championship were drawn against Tottenham in the F.A. Cup they would be 5 or 6-1 & I personally think that's the price Krakow should be, so essentially you're getting 10-1 about a 5 or 6-1 shot.

Of course, they still have to win.

No way are we gonna lose to Wisla ****ing Krakow. It's a good thing Pavlyuchenko and Corluka are both suspended, we can play our proper lineup, none of this tinkering rubbish that Ramos has been experimenting with lately.

You can bet your arse Bentley will start on the right and Jenas will start. We might draw, but there's not a chane we'll lose.

You could be right, but do you honestly think Kracow should be 10-1? Seems a false price to me, 6-1 would be nearer in my opinion.

You're right I suppose that Krakow shouldn't be 11's, and there's no way we should be 1.39. The line seems a bit odd, but I really don't see Spurs losing this, not at home anyway. Maybe heart over head, and considering I'm off to the game, I really hope I'm right. European nights at the Lane are something special and we rarely lose to sides like this.

As for other games, had a bet on Stuttgart, who've come back from 1-0 down to win 2-1. Villa did the exat same earlier. Have lumped 10 units on Hamburg @ 1.38 as my next bet.

You drinkin in the Bank or The Whitehall Tavern? Give my regards to Swainy and Keith Robins!

I capped Liege at 3-1 and Kracow at 6-1, making a parlay worth 27-1. If I can get 54-1 about what I perceive to be a 27-1 chance I'll bet it every time.

                          Yiddos! Good luck Woody.

That means nothing. How do you know their coach didn't field a subpar team to rest players for Tottenham game today? Don't cap soccer like football or baseball.

Exactly, but be honest, Kracow were never a 10-1 shot.

I'm actually dissapointed. Both teams played well and Liege should definetly have won whilst Kracow more than held their own for 80 minutes.

If you had parlayed them asian handicap you would have some money in the bank. Increase your bet size and lock in the profits.

Glad Spurs won, wasn't convincing but a win's a win. Just seen Hamburg drew 0-0. Useless. Went 4-1 today, which isn't too bad.
