Does Heritage add lesser known college basketball games later towards tip off?

I'm relatively new to Heritage (only a few weeks) and see a couple of games that aren't on their card. I know a book like betislands will never add games like this but I really thought Heritage would? They offer FIBA games for crying out loud. Anyone know for sure when a game like Morgan State might show up on their card?
