how do i copy a video from computer to forum?

in the box where you type to post there is a button that looks like a film strip that says "insert video" but it needs to already be uploaded on youtube...other than that im not sure

I think if you click that thing that looks like a paperclip, it allows you to upload any file, whether it's a picture or video. I know you can with pictures, test it with a video. Should work I'd think.
