I thought most places only give you the lower amount of either the risk or win to use towards the rollover amount. Otherwise everyone would just put their whole balance + bonus on huge -10000 favorites just to clear the bonus and cashout.

I think the Bookmaker/DSI/Cris and 5dimes poker use the same. Are you also saying that it is possible for one to chip-dump to themselves at their other account? That seems too easy for someone to get a bonus and then lose it to their other account that has no bonus rollover to complete.

I've had a big problem with speeding tickets myself pal. It sucks. My county makes you show up in court regardless of whether you are pleading guilty or not. It is annoying as hell, you have to sit in this room for 3-4 hours with the trashiest people you can imagine. Most of them are there for driving without a valid license or shit like that.
