No I think infractions should stay in place. Imagine if a shill comes on board and a newbie just jumps on oneday and falls victim. You must protect the potential new customers from the crooks so they can stay customers and the crooks can stay broke. If not the crooks will have them ran dry before they can make their 2nd deposit.
