Dan was not a mod from the start - nevertheless he came along with a vengance, so it could very well be him. Could be pags. He used to seriously spam the forum in the early days trying to build up a post count. To his credit, he stopped at some point. I don't know if that was pre- or post- 10K.

JJgold would be the only other serious candidate. He spammed the forum right from the start but I recall he disappeared for awhile after that first football season. Maybe if you added all his ghost posts, he got there first.

Actually it could also be Illusion.
