We had our first sub-60°F day here in damn near five months this morning. Best time of the year here in Texas now. Except for the annual sub-30° frozen precipitation we will have at one point, should be fairly nice here in these parts until around next May.

We're just getting out of the 100 degree highs finally. Mid 90s this week, lows down to the mid 70s. Couldn't be happier to say goodbye to the 110+ degree heat.
