Everybody Lets Applaud SBR Lou

I have been around a long time on all sorts of forums, worked a few also and never saw a guy like this that worked so hard and put soo many hours in as admin. He is the key ingredient as far the the whole site is concerned.
He has to supervise the mods, deal with the techs and deal with the corporate guys, All the issues of the site are his problem and he has to trouble shoot everything. he also has to deal with every nit wit here and all the point issues, SBR Pro stuff...etc. I rarely ever saw the kid get angry at anyone either

He is a young guy also so you have to give him credit, works countless hrs whether working or at home

SBR is a very big site now and not easy to run, lets give the kid a lot of credit as he is doing a great job as SBR grows and grows

Good to see a young new generation guy have old school work habits

Their paid to do those jobs with the full understanding of whats involved beforehand. If the heat is too hot then get out of the fukkin kitchen...

Lou is one of the industry's all-time hardest workers. He has a lot on his plate and still makes time for all of us when we need something.

Would not have been the same place without him during the last few years.

Lou moved across the country and then out of country to a country where he didn't know how to speak 5 words. SBR is a hard 6 and 7 day a week gig. You may recall some ex's saying how tough it was.

My total evaluation of Lou can be summed up in what I consider the most important trait a guy can have; work ethic. Lou has great work ethic.
