All these shows and segments with this crooked-tooth schmuck.

Too full of himself, and too much air time for this geezer, Joe Torre was the strong, silent type. This guy is biting his nails, standing on steps, hanging on fences in the dugout like a paranoid fan half the time.

Not that any of that affects the team, but think YES focuses too much on this guy.

He's more careful than any manager in the MLB, and has injuries the entire year. 2 ace pitchers out for months, Matsui & Damon missing big parts of the season.

Too many breaks given to players that should play full time. They're all fragile now.

I love the way he operates. Keep up the bad work, Joe.

BTW, what do you Yankee fans expect? You get 15 starts out of Wang, Joba goes down just as he was becoming one of the most dominant starters in the league, Posada misses most of the year, Matsui misses half the season, etc. What team is going to win under those circumstances? Get realistic.

Girardi is so far down on the list of the Yankee's problems it isn't even worth discussing.

True, but that last sad and pathetic look from him is what sticks in yankee fan's heads right before changing channels.

I am not even watching games anymore, this season is over for us yankees. I think the team needs a total reformation for next season. I would even suggest getting rid of A-Rod and Girardi.

Once the playoffs roll around I'll catch some games but as for now my mind is on football.

                  Joe

I agreed w/ the decision to move on with Torre but didn't like the Girardi pick. I too have stopped watching the games, I said goodbye to the stadium at the Sat. make-up game and sold the rest of my season tickets.

However, I agree that there are so many other problems with this team right now. Hopefully they don't waste the 30-40 mil they are freeing up at the end of this year.
