It's too bad units don't carry over from previous rounds.

I believe I'm advancing largely because my opponent failed to make the required 8 plays.
I was 5-2, +3.75 entering the day and lost my final play (BoSox/TB U 8 -112), leaving me 5-3, +2.63 for the round.
My opponent was 4-1, +2.96 entering the day and only submitted 2 picks -- Rangers -134 (W) and Twins -112 (L), putting him at 5-2, +2.84. However, the rules state a player will be subtracted -1.00 unit for every play less than the minimum of 8, leaving him at +1.84 and pushing me through to the next round in the process.
*You must make 8 plays for Round 3. If you make less than 8 plays, one unit will be subtracted from your record for every missing pick.

Fuggin A I sure did. Figures, I never read rules. I also got f'ed on submitting Kansas +3.5 at 7:01 when clearly the rules stated that I had to do it by 7:00.
