There's a drop down option in the user settings to make other skins available, but it's basically empty. Perhaps SBR could make "old version" one of the options and then each user could decide for themselves.

This is assuming it wouldn't interfere with any site features, I'm by no means a tech guy.

Thread for Improvements to new SBR Layout

The 1st run of every new model has its bugs that are ironed out in later models, SBR is no exception to this.

See alot of bitching about the new sight so thought someone should make a thread informing higher-ups ways in which this new layout could be improved...

Please feel free to add to this at anytime. The more walker knows the more improvements he can make and sooner rather than later...

1. Sight too 'clunky' and big...

2. NO way to refresh players talk on the mobile version. Only has a 'back' button which doesnt do anything but go back to old PT page...

Thats all the gripes i have at this time....Lets see how much we can improve this program

I would take out the Poster's Sportsbook Poll and the Top-Rated Sportsbooks and put the sponsor logos in that area, next to the SBR logo (so the sponsor logos would be a bit closer together). This would allow the content to be closer to the top of the page.

I understand the idea of a Poster's Sportsbook Poll, but honestly, if you are going to do it there should be two polls, one for US-facing and one for non-US-facing. Virtually no one who can bet at Pinnalce would say the 5Dimes is an overall better book than Pinnacle. The Top-Rated Sportsbooks is useful for someone who has never visited www.sportsbookreview.com, I'm sure, but you already have the link at the top of the page for 'Sportsbook Reviews', so it's not really necessary.

I feel bad for the SBR guys every time they release anything new. They get a bunch of broke ***** bitching about it no matter what they do. You can tell that they put a lot of time and effort into trying to improve the site, and so I'm glad you made this thread, ACoochy, to at least make it constructive.

nothing wrong with the new full website. infact, i love it. I think its great

mobile device site is a JOKE. I do not have a regular computer/laptop in my possesion at the moment so I can only access at public places or my buddies houses due to how bad the mobile device site is. No need to change that it was fine the way it was

Bill: mikea33, We had to replace that site to work on the new vbulletin and database. That site was designed to sit on the old desktop one so we had to rebuild it. We have some feedback so far and we'll look to you after the update for feedback on it.

Starting to like the new look

hated it at first, but after further evaluation. Im starting to like it. You really have to be lazy folks with attention deficit
disorder to complain about scrolling for an extra second.

All it needs is the contests section in the right spot.

It's easier to post pics vids, making corrections, search option rocks.

Perhaps let people customize it to a color they want.

You can also post long messages alot easier and people don't have to scroll down inthe post
to read it all.

perhaps have a submit now directly under this so you don't have to scroll and everything will be
perfecto.

It isn't bad. Just a bit different and they did do some updates on it and all the whiteness went away which is nice. I think it looks sharp and some getting used to.
