Heritage Denies SBR

After talking with Heritage they explained to me they do not accept SBR users. Whats going on here? I wanted to go Pro with them because that is basically the only book I do not have a account with. Its not like im a huge winner or anything. 150-300 a game im small time! Heres the chat! By the way they took forever to respond, I know they are dealing with alot of people but to me thats a little thing in how i evaluate a book!

How are they a good book when SBR says they accept SBR users then they deny me?
