Michigan State isn't good enough to be favored by 8 over Notre Dame.

Florida Atlantic was in that game against MSU. If Rusty Smith could have held onto the ball long enough to get a throw off in the rain, they may have.

Food for thought here.

7 of the last 8 ND/Michigan State games have been decided by 7 points or less. I am not a trend guy, but that is interesting.

More, If you look at this from a matchup point of view, ND's defense matches up well against Michigan State. The spread offenses/speedy offenses will cause them problems, but Michigan State doesn't offer that.

ND also hasn't given up a sack this season, and that comes off a performance against Michigan's front seven.

I actually like Notre Dame on the money line on this one. There is value there.

If you guyS see my thread I already locked my Michigan State play in! They are to physical and will play great defense against N.D! You will see another UCLA game this weekend! N.D will be riding high going into Michigan State thinking there a pretty good team when Michigan State knock them back to reality!
