how do most Vegas sportsbooks determine a win in baseball if there is a rain out. lets say that the game has gone to the 5th inning and it is raining and the umpires declare a winner at the 5th inning. does the vegas bookmakers declare that a win, loss or push? does the game have to be played for 9 innings to have a winning ticket?

I believe most books count wager after 5th inning , read the rules at your specific book to be sureComment -
wagers count after 5 full innnings or if the home team is ahead after 4.5 innings...over unders must go 8.5 innings, if the game is a blow out and it gets called before that you get your money back on all totals regardless if they would have won or lost..also in rare cases when a game is suspended the score reverts to the last completed inning for wagering purposes
