I don't see many posts about BetPhoenix but I really like this sportsbook. I opened my account in October 2007 after seeing SBR was iniating coverage of BetPhoenix with a B- rating. I have played at BetPhoenix since this time. I love the -105 reduced juice lines for sides and totals. They also have quarter lines and props available.

I have received many payouts from them and every single payout was received quickly with no hassles or delays. I have always requested mail payouts and receive my check 2 to 3 days after my request. I like how they now offer one free mail payout every 30 days.

I think they are probably the best relatively new sportsbook out there.

I'm glad you have had nothing but pleasant experiences with BetPhoenix sir. However, I have read within the past few months that some players have had a few issues with them in regards to funding methods as well as a re-nigged promise by one of there line managers to SBR poster RickySteve.

Still waiting for these guys to step up and get some decent deposit options. I know BBD we were hoping they would get some ewallets by football. In fact, i think one of there reps had all but promised that?!

      BP?? Por favor? Neteller? Moneybookers?

Bet Phoenix is a complete mess right now. They havent accomplished one thing since June, that their CS REP promised when he was posting here before. Stay away from these guys, your just asking for a major headache if you postup with them.

Cincy, thank you for the great review, it means a lot to us to know our customers are satisfied with our service, it just motivates us to continue to strive to give the best possible service to our valued customers.

Katstale, I've got great news for you and every player outside of the US; we now have Mookeybookers, it took a lot longer than we were originally expecting but it is finally available.
It will be available to direct deposit from our website soon, but if you call us we will provide you the information to deposit direclty from the MB site to our account.

I personally think Phoenix is a great a book.

Their betting platform is second to none I would almost compare it to Pinnacle's .

People are not looking at the big picture .

For USA clients how many books pay out good , give low vig ?

So maybe they dont have lots ewallets yet but they have been paying people , the only thing ive heard is RickySteve bonus abusing there and then getting shut down.

                Solid Book in my opinion

BBD? Is that you in line in front of me? lolol

That is outstanding news. I will be there soon. don't want to seem greedy, but what about Neteller? Some of my buds still swing that way?

I always thought MB was harder to get going than NT.

                      You seemed surprised Katstale.

All joking aside though, our lobbying finally paid off because now it makes it much easier for non-US players to play at BetPhoenix.

Will Neteller ever be an option? Are you an "U.S. customers" only book?

For starters here are two you might want to inquire about sir:

                                  ***********
They ARE *******. When ******* divorced Americans they set up a subsidiary called QuickTender, which is code-named *********** on sites that accept it (much like ** or ** are called other names in the cashiering section of many gambling sites.)

QuickTender/*********** is an invitation only processor. You get invited by having used ******* in the past or by being a previously depositing member at a book that will take them (like Carib). Make a deposit at Carib via other means and you'll get an e-mail invite from QuickTender to join.

                                  Books accepting ***********/Quicktender:

                                  Intertops
                                  Carib
                                  VIP
                                  *************
It's basically the same type of thing that Neteller is/was for U.S. players in todays market standards.

The level 1 is 750 and before advancing to level 2 you have to wait 60 days before your bumped to it ($1500 a week). I believe it's a repeat cycle before advancing to level 3 as well which is $4500, and that the maximum. It's been a while since I've really checked into this part here, so it might have change. However, the one that did stick out to me though was that you couldn't withdraw funds back into your bank using this processor.

BoDog, Carib, Bookmaker and quite a bit of online poker sites all accept this payment option.

                                            No problem sir.

Another one would be Click2Pay, however they stopped accepting new U.S. clients. Although, they did grandfather there older customers. So this might be another processing option your company might want to consider.

BetPhoenix is probably the only book out there where it is easier to get paid than to make a deposit. But I would much rather have it this way than the other way around where it is easy to deposit and hard to get paid.

I agree if you look at the big picture, BetPhoenix offers low juice and quick payouts so they are a great book for me.

I have been depositing by bankwire with no problems.

BetPhoenix, could you please explain if any fees are charged for a sportsbook transfer payout from BetPhoenix to Bookmaker? Also, are there any fees charged for a sportsbook transfer deposit from Bookmaker to BetPhoenix?

I wish BetPhoenix would comment on the potential buyout of BetMania they are exploring as per Mr.Falcone's post.

Cincy, book to book transfers have a fee of $100 for the first transfer in a 30 day period every other transfer will carry a fee of $200. Those fees are standard regardless of the amount being transferred.
Transfers are processed Monday through Friday, we do not process transfers on weekends.

In regards to the Betmania buyout we will have more to say about it later on, talks are still ongoing.

                                                    HOLY SHIT!!!!!

Every other book offers book transfers at no charge except the CRIS books............and I guess BETPHOENIX!!

With those types of fees you better allow more than a couple dimes be transfered at a time.
