Rose lets his play do the talking...there is no need to be a show off, act like a big shot, smile for the camera, etc.

All Rose wants to do is perform at his best and win. To do that he stays focus on his profession which is playing basketball, not entertaining people by having "swag" or trying to look or be cool. Hence the reason he could care less about the All Star Game, because it doesn't matter, it's just for showing off for the fans.
Lebron loved tonight because he loves showing off, Rose hated tonight because it's a night that doesn't contribute to his goals, winning a championship and playing in games that COUNT.

If Lebron would focus more on basketball and less on swag he would have a championship by now, thats Lebrons problem and his only problem really, FOCUS.
