Race starts tomorrow at 9 am here........Got to set my alarm clock since I'm a night owl.

Moving it to a different day is ridiculous. That's like suggesting that we move the Superbowl to Saturday because we can move the game to Sunday just in case there is shitty weather that weekend.

First time in 54 years the Daytona 500 has been postponed. That's some pretty good odds that they get the race ran on a Sunday.

Many people work on saturdays, very few people work on sunday. Obviously their largest target audience is going to be on sunday and the 1% of races that end up being postponed due to inclement weather does not make up long term for the amount of money they would lose long term.

Looks to be a Daytona 250 or 300 the way it seems to be as of now. Rain shortened races sucks unless your driver wins.

I never claimed that to be an accurate number I just threw out a fictitious number to make a point. That point being that I am 100% positive that an organization as large as NASCAR would have definately invested lots of money to find out whether it was more profitable to target a large audience on sunday and risk racing during the week or to target a smaller audience on saturday. I am sure they have received expert advice which is far superior to the advice of a bunch of degenerate gamblers at SBR google searching how many races have been postponed.
