It's so easy to fire the coach. The other option was to fire GM, sell the team and trade all players. A coach that does not have a say in building up the team will never succeed.
If you look at the European soccer teams the coaches build the teams and the owners just provide the money. Manchester United with Alex Ferguson and Arsenal with Arsen Wenger come to mind. This is how it should be.

Im not a Raider Fan but I am a Bay area Fan and like to see any team both in Oakland and San Francisco do well. Mr Davis needs to stop being the GM, and between them and the 49ers need a new stadium badly!

Problem here though the coach cant build up his team. He cant even pick his own Off/Def Cordinator. Al is way to hands on and doesnt know when to back off. Marc Cuban is Hands on but you dont see him telling his coach who his assistants will be?
