It's so easy to fire the coach. The other option was to fire GM, sell the team and trade all players. A coach that does not have a say in building up the team will never succeed.
If you look at the European soccer teams the coaches build the teams and the owners just provide the money. Manchester United with Alex Ferguson and Arsenal with Arsen Wenger come to mind. This is how it should be.Comment -
