For sure Miamis defensive athleticism will test NY but to me NY looked real good las nite even though they played a short-handed hawks team impressive regardless the way they dispatched of them. I think the knicks have an outside shot at winning this game if they can adjust to miamis defense quickly theyve gelled quicker than i thought they would. But would be a surprise to me if they did beat a red hot miami team as well but u never know in the nba. knicks got lots of star power always helps in big games.

I'm a die hard Knicks fan and I dont think we have a chance in this game. if Shumpert is healthy he can semi contain Lebron but he has been really banged up. the Knicks are getting so much love while Miami is just CRUSHING everybody and flying under the radar. you think they don't notice this? Miami is going to make a statement tonight.

as much as I love the Knicks they are just not ready to compete with Miami yet. with all the new players inserted into the line up they are still learning how to gel together and play together..this is like pre season..first few games of the season for this new line up and bench. meanwhile Lebron and D Wade have a connection going on like no other. Would love for the Knicks to make a this game..and the only way they can is to not get suckered into the run and gun game and run with Miami...but thats going to be tough to do with Lin running the point.

Knicks have to sloooooooow this game down as much as possible make it a boring half court slug fest and run the shot clock down every possession to limit Miamis touches. I just don't see it happening though, Miami will be able to control the pace and run the floor and get out in transition.
