Just got back from Mohegan Sun Casino......

not sure how the pic is going to come out but i did get a nice Orange $1000 chip after a nice round of craps

here are the numbers...

FYI im a nerd (accountant) so i track every dollar i gamble in the casino using the notebook feature on my iphone and put it in the spreadsheets when i get home

Heres what happened:

Craps +$820 Went on a big run when i was the shooter rolled four unique points in a row betting 25 on pass

and 50 in back also hit the fire bet which paid 125 for my $5 bet

SLOTS -900 Absolutley got raped i normally dont play and now i remember why

Blackjack -100 I suck alway at blackjack lol dealer got 21 7 times in one shoe....

Roulette -200 Again i suck lol bet some numbers got owned

Total Tally on the night -$380

Really not bad only think im pissed at is that the craps session was the first thing i played so going from up

820 to down 380 blows a bit but whatever

Going back tomorrow 1pm for a poker grind, enough of this 50/50 crap time to make some money at the 2/5

NLH game....

Dude always play the outside on roulette. Look for trends and go on instinct. Everything is like 1:2 or 1:3 odds.

i normally don't play 50/50 games when at the casino its normally right to the poker room for me but i was with friends and i said screw it

that being said i played a little outside the roulette betting the second and third section alot that pays 2:1 kept coming up numbers 1-12 tho

then when i loaded up on red it game 00 green

my buddy did have a nice hit the bet 20 bucks on number 16 and nailed it paid like 700

fun time tonight minimal loss gonna kill it tomorrow tho in NLH 2/5

I also came back early this morning from Parx in Pa. I somehow lost a hand as soon as I sat down with 78 off to a flop of 6 9 10. Some guy caught top two pair and my friend and I both had the same hand and called ALL In on the flop. The guy rivered a 10 for the boat. At least, I managed to break even at the end.

Last year in Commerce Casino I had the best hand ever....it was around 12:35 AM PT.....guy flops a full house (holding pocket 5) flop comes 5, 10,10. I had pocket kings he bets like $90 I call I turned a King. He bets like $260 and says....."dude just lay it down I have a boat." Right there I knew I had him.

Put him all in for like $350 more he looks atme and say "okay don't say I didn't warn you" and he calls.

How often you play the commerce? Im up there once a month atleast to play the 5/10 2000 buy in game. Those games in LA play so soft and the money is easy. Although housing is 8x as expensive from sacramento so i wouldnt move there just for the poker.*

I don't play often anymore. Was just in the area visiting. Played there and up in San Jose (spread limit) quite often though when I lived out in California from 2006-2010. 1-2 NL or Spread...maybe a little 2-5 (was more casutious at these tables as bluffing and aggressive betting were at all time highs here). I 'd pounce like a tiger waiting behind the bushes at the 2-5 tables....it would pay off huge. They are way more aggressive there pre and post flop.
