They say 80% left Galveston and that is the best you can hope for here. The other 20% are in trouble, but that is how hard headed we are in Texas. Hopefully, they will be alright.

So true... My step dad asked one of his buddies from Houston if he would leave and he said that him and his horse were staying there... He goes "I came into this world a Cowboy, and I'll go out a Cowboy, this little storm won't scare me."

I saw an article today, where they were interviewing a guy from Galveston and they asked are you leaving. He was sitting in front of his house with a beer and a cigarette and he said "hell no". lol.
