I had a pick 3 at turfway park I had won the first 2 legs of the pick 3 and then it got cancelled/voided. What's the reasoning behind that?

obv i see lou's response but another scenario could have been if you had a single and it was scratched. offshore books (idk about sbr) dont pay out consolations or give the post time favorite in place of the scratch on pick4's like the tracks do, they just refund the betComment -
