bookmaker charges 200 for book to book transfer

worst fukkin book on the planet.. stay away.. not only did they charge me 230 bucks for a transfer to matchy for a lousy 5k or so, but they took away my 1% loyalty pts after boss told me he'd give it to me for life if i send a large deposit.. and free withdrawals and transfers too.. especially if i am down..

not only was i down, but after 3 weeks, they charge me 230 bucks for transfer (which he lied) they take back the 1% (which they lied too) their goal was to have my large deposit.. then re neg..

he also said that if i am down money to them, then 100% the 1% for life and no charges on transfers ever. .well, i was down big there and still got charged and taken away 1%

I EMAILED THEM 23 TIMES AFTER,, AND THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED ME..

pinnacle effectively charges more than that by taking away free transactions FOREVER.
but, their customers of course aren't limited by us laws.

i understand bookmaker perhaps charging $200 to transfer to jazz when they can't process their own ****ing payouts, but when matchbook/wsex/greek/betjm/5dimes can all do free transfers, bookmaker should with those books too.

They should be downgraded. Too bad some of that money goes to SBR so they can have an A+ rating.

they are an A+ book.

they have their issues, but the rating is well deserved.

bookmaker customer service seems to be better than the greek.

they have more betting options as well.

you're the only one that ever backs me up here, thank you man.. every poster and sbr owner always backs them up, i dont know why.. no one here is opening their eyes.. like fiver said, if they were an A+ book, then why would they pull a stunt like this on me? A+ books do not do this.

you notice how bookmaker never comes in here and defends themselves about this, or shows any interest in my case?

you know why?? because they have NOTHING to say. they know they're in the wrong 100% here, yet are trying to avoid the issue.

how would you guys feel if a book told you that if you send a large deposit, they will guarantee you the 1% for life and no charges on any withdrawals ever.. and you ask, are you sure, cause it's the only way i send this deposit.. and they say.. no worries sir, 100%, and 10000000% if you lose.. and then you lose big, 3 weeks later, they take back the 1% and charge you 230 twice, for 2 withdrawals, and then when you email him, you dont get one response in 23 tries.. but when i was in the process of depositing, i was getting a response after 11 minutes on avg..

YEAH SURE, A+ BOOK.. KEEP TELLING YOURSELVES THIS..
