Hurricane Ike has forced the NFL to move the Houston Texans-Baltimore Ravens game to Monday night. It will air concurrently (8:30 p.m. ET) with the regularly scheduled Cowboys-Eagles MNF affair, meaning Texas will play host to two Monday night games.
The Texans-Ravens game will be televised on local CBS stations in the primary and secondary markets of the Texans (Houston, Beaumont-Port Arthur, and Bryan, Texas) and the Ravens (Baltimore; Washington, DC; Salisbury, MD; and Harrisburg, PA).
The Cowboys and Eagles will play on ESPN.
Texas officials have ordered evacuations as the hurricane moves through the Gulf of Mexico. (Track the storm.)
The game was originally scheduled for Sunday at 4:15 p.m. ET.
This is the only regular-season meeting between the Texans and Ravens this season.
Texans coach Gary Kubiak is expected to meet with reporters again at 10:15 p.m. ET tonight and discuss hurricane preparations then.
