Been thinking about it and can't wait. Always a great time and SBR definitely puts on a first rate Bash! Are we still thinking about a Friday afternoon golf outing? I am in. After 4 free rounds I think I can pay my own way! Might even buy John a beer this time. Maybe we can play closer to the strip and/or airport this year? Just thinking it might be easier for those flying in and going straight to golf. Desert Pines or Angel Park maybe? Just an idea.

Sam or SBR John: You probably should explain how to handle room reservations. I'm assuming we can't make a room reservation until the GN has our name from SBR to confirm that we're part of the group?

How about Bally hi? That's pretty close and very reasonable in august.

I don't have any particular course in mind, but I would like to keep it relatively close. If there's six or eight or 10 others who want to play, I'll go ahead and make a starting time. (I've played Bali Hai before but the round was comped, so I'm not sure what kind of rates they have.) I'll have a rental car, so if we have one or two others with cars, we'll be all set as far as getting to and from the course.

After Bash registration begins in a couple of weeks, I'll start a Golf at the Bash thread and we'll see how many are interested.

i'm guessing otherwise it's still around $200 in august which is less than $2/shot the way i'm playing

As usual, I'm in. I hope they give us the $300 reimbursement though, it's been a savior every time because by the time they give it back at the dinner on Saturday I'm usually all out of cash from all the degeneration.

I am sure a lot of people are in the same boat with that $300, Cheme! Even that money probably goes out the window an hour later.
