I was watching Monday Night Football the night before and it was the BRONCOS AT RAMS (blowout).... I fell asleep with my projector on and I woke up to "THIS IS AN ABC NEWS SPECIAL REPORT".... I was thinking "WTF is this bullsh*t about now..?" They showed WTC1 on fire and I was like... "oh ok a little action here" so I reached and grabbed my bowl for a little "wake and bake"... I called my friends to tell them "It wasn't me... I didn't do it LOL.."

I told my client a couple weeks later that "Hey I don't know what you think of me but I'm not into any of that stuff"... He jokingly said "Oh I have no doubt you are not involved... Bin Laden would want someone who is on time and you'd show up at the airport at noon.." I'm a little late with some orders..

You're wrong guy, it was the New York Giants at the Denver Broncos the Monday night before.

Yes. That had me confused. That was the game McCaffery broke his leg and held on to the ball.

I remember the night before staying awake for MNF to watch my Giants get beaten by the Broncos. I remember that was the game Ed Mcaff broke his leg. Next day was beautiful, teachers were acting wierd, walking in and out of classes whispering to each other. Very somber. Not until 11 am did they tell us over the PA whilie I was in gym that a plane hit the WTC. They didn't tell us 2 planes or that they collapsed. I remember then I went to lunch and every student was rushed out of the school due to a bomb scare. We all sat in silence about 500 yards from the school just staring, waiting in silence. No one knew what was happening. My mom came and picked me and 2 of my friends up and I asked what was going on? All she said was, "It's not good." I went home turned on the TV and every channel was the same. I remember being in shock watching the same tv coverage for hours. My neighborhood was in shock standing outside talking. I found out the next day that my cousin and my fathers friend were both in the 2nd tower when it collapsed. I remember playing Goldeneye on N64 and shooting terrorist looking guys for a while. I remember waking up that night and just shaking. I couldn't stop. I don't know why but I was just shaking. It was really insane. One day I will never, ever forget.

I was at home sleeping and my mom came into my room and said "boy we going to war you know". I was like "what". She said "yeah we going war". So I got out of my room and looked at the tv and couldn't put together what was going on. I never got to see anything live take it we live in hawaii so it was about 3am my time when it happened. I watched for a little while, then went to work thinking we would be sent home but we worked a full day. Hard to work with a heavy heart.

I was in a meeting with my insurance/bonding people. They were discussing how they could help my business. Next thing you know the office phone rang and they were running out the door saying planes are flying into buildings in NYC. I remember driving to a job site that day and NOT hearing a plane in the sky. Kinda eerie....
