Big difference between a player that's on a good team vs one that's the franchise player of a bad team. The latter is going to take more shots, grab more rebounds, etc because he doesn't have as much talent around him. Not to take anything away from Love, but he's not really a player that makes those around him better, which I think is a critical defining factor when we start ranking the best players in the NBA. You can't answer this question with just a stat sheet.
