Again, take a look at what Penn State has done at home so far this season in the Big Ten. Beat Illinois, covered vs. Wisconsin, covered vs. Indiana, clobbered a Nebraska team that won at Iowa. They're not a juggernaut at home, but they do play much better at the BJC.
