I hope eBay never goes away!
I needed a car charger for my Motorola Razr V3 and the AT&T store had one for 20 bucks, I go on ebay and they got an OEM BR50 battery + car charger + wall charger for 9.95 with free shipping! Wow, that's all I gotta say. If you bought that at the AT&T store you're talkin 35 for the battery, 20 for the car charger and 20 for the wall charger (75 + tax) on ebay it's under 10 bucks, I mean how do these sellers even turn a profit at those prices? Hell shipping alone will prolly cost him 2 or 3 bucks

You'd be surprised how little things cost on the wholesale level. My brother in Shanghai tells me that his friends manfacture clothing for major brands and stuff that sell for $50-75 at the department store costs little more than a dollar to make!

ebay is often overpriced, which is why I rarely buy anything there.

Coupon websites like Fatwallet is where all the great deals are. I've bought iPhone accessories for 75% off.

I understand where you are coming from, I mean I feel I got a deal on this particular auction but I'm lookin for a used laptop on ebay and their prices aren't quite right imo, I mean used 1 GB RAM 2 ghz Dell is 300 bucks minimum plus shipping is fukin 40 bucks, I don't know just seems like it's used so it should be 200 bucks with like 20-30 bucks shipping but maybe I'm just a cheapskate idk

There is a site where you can buy excdellent re-furbed laptops, with a good warranty, for a LOT less than new anywhere.

There may be some scratches on the case, or fade of the keys. Like, who cares.

Unfortunately, as I never used the site (a friend did and very satisfied) and can't quite recall the name. Someone else might.

Ebay will never go away. I am a seller on there and even though they keep raising the prices I am still fine with it. People complain but they have to think about the millions of potential buyers they are getting. It is better than what most people think.
