Funding Options for Pro: If you are that strapped for cash but want pro, I suggest putting $200 on a book and just keep it there. (Funding options vary by book.) Once you sign up for pro, and if you use a sportsbook, you only must maintain a $200 minimum in that book at the time renewal comes up. If you have that then it will automatically renew.
Ring Tables for Non-Pros: I am not sure, I think you can but no idea. Download the program and try it, anything above 1 MB and you could have it downloaded and set up within 5 minutes.

NON-PROS dont need a tournament since even when they win points, the points are useless. NONPROS cant buy anything with points, therefore they do not need them

Very simple process.
It has to be a sportsbook that sponsors the SBR program. Or you can use one of the other 4 options to become a Pro.
