The IT staff informs that some network maintenance overnight looks to have created some intermittent stability issues across a lot of SBR's sites. They are working feverishly to "put out these fires". In the meantime, would you mind providing us with a bit more information?

1. Have you logged in successfully in the past? If so, when was the last time you did so?

2. What browser type and version are you using?

3. Can you try clearing your cache, reloading SBRcontests.com, give it a "hard refresh (Ctl + F5)" and try logging in again.

We'll do our best to help you out while the IT staff continues working on their issues.

once i was finally able to log in the games were still available for selections even though they had already started . in some cases they were up after the game was final. you can see by the leaderboard some took advantage of this situation.

There was a problem yesterday receiving the game feeds from our outside providers. This caused the games to remain "on the board" as the system never received indication that those games had started. The IT staff is working with that provider to correct the issue as quickly as possible.

With regards to the affected games, we are pulling a report this morning so that we can gauge the specific games and number of players affected. Once complete, SBR Contests will determine the appropriate action regarding the matter.

Yessir ... you are correct. We do in fact see that a number of your picks were made anywhere from 1:40 to 2:55 after the games had begun.

In this particular instance, given that the problem was caused by an error with our 3rd party stats feeds, SBR Contests will re-grade the affected games as "no action" for all submissions after the start of each affected game, and refund the units risked to those contest accounts. All picks on these games made prior to post will remain unaffected.

Apologies to all for this error. The SBR Contests IT staff assures that the issue with our feeds provider has been corrected.

This is an isolated issue BB. Logging in and picks worked fine last week.
