that comment is complete crap. if 10% of the money matches the 90% then no, the line doesn't need to move. when betting groups bet a million on the game id say they make up for over 50% of money in the pool so if their on the side of the 10% then no the line won't move...

Line movement and public play percentages are FACTORS to be used when capping a game. They are certainly not the only factors. If you are not looking at line movement and public play percentages, then you're not doing your best job as a capper.

I got both those same lines last night at open and they have gone up, the biggest bet today is iowa st +8 or higher. Iowa st may win outright so something small on the ML is good too, gonna be a big payday tonight in cbb, kansas is a big bet too. Cuse should cover this but that is my medium bet.
