If you're serious, go into your user CP, under control panel the second from bottom is buddy/ignore lists. Click that and follow the instructions. Headache all gone.

These guys beat me to the punch. You used to be able to do it a little quicker but some different links were added once you click a posters name to navigate their mySBR pages.
