      I seen it and I have had it happen to me before sir. A brutal way to lose a wager indeed.

        Pretty much sucked. I mean I may not have won anyway as it was a road game and home team has a good advantage in extra innings, but to lose like that just fukin sucked.

          I must say I've never lost on a walk-off balk, but did win on one once. John Rocker was the pitcher and he simply dropped the ball while on the rubber. You could tell that the umps didn't want to call it, but they had no choice.

            I won one last year. Giants were at the Mets on a Sunday night, I think it was two out in the bottom of the ninth with bases loaded, Mets trailing 3-4. The total was 7.5 and the Giants pitcher baulked in the tying run, making a total of 8.

                I had under 8.5. I knew in the top of the 9th with Atl leading 4-3 and them announcing that Gonzales had the major league leading save streak that it was over. Sure enough first batter Atkins took him over left center wall.
